Work on the 14-storey City West Tower and 34-storey Sky View Tower represents the tallest high-rise projects in J S Wright’s 125-year history.
J S Wright will install an energy centre generating combined heat and power, low temperature hot water heating and domestic water services, and heat interface units to serve all 191 apartments.
Work on site is due to begin in October 2015 with completion scheduled for December 2016.
Capital Towers is the fifth commission that J S Wright has received from Galliard Homes in the past five years.
The company is currently working on its biggest-ever contract for Galliard – valued at over £18m – to provide mechanical services to 423 private apartments at Indescon Court in Millharbour.
Marcus Aniol, Managing Director of J S Wright, said: “We are very pleased to be able to build on our excellent working relationship with Galliard Homes as we continue to help boost London’s reputation as a global financial and cultural centre offering world-leading luxury accommodation.”
