The mammoth office project designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates will see the firm deliver a 850,000 sq ft office scheme near to Farringdon Road station.

Demolition contractor Erith has completed demolition of the existing 13-storey Fleet Building at Shoe Lane and has completed shoring up the basement structure ahead of construction getting underway.

The large footprint replacement nine-storey office block has been designed to achieve a BREEAM excellent rating. WSP is acting as both structural and services engineer, with E C Harris the cost consultant on the scheme.
