Over the coming year, Robertson Partnership Homes and Robertson Central will be working on several projects in the capital, from housing to research and sport facilities.
The firm is on the hunt for subcontractors across different trades and will host a Meet the Buyer event in the city’s Lochend Industrial Estate this Thursday 28 April.
Derek Shewan, chief operating officer at Robertson, said: “With £110m of contracts up for grabs, this represents a tremendous opportunity for contractors across a range of trades and we’re delighted to be able to invite companies based in the area to be a part of this work.”
Among the projects requiring subcontractors is the Delivery of 250 affordable houses for 21st Century Homes over seven sites, Phase 2 of the Pennywell masterplan housing development, work on Seafield community recycling centre, the University of Edinburgh’s £25m large animal research and imaging facility and Raeburn Place sports stadium.
Available subcontractor work includes steelwork, glulam structuring, cladding, seating, mechanical and electrical, roofing, cladding, windows, groundworks and drainage.
Packages are also available for stadium seating, tiling, painting, decorating, scaffolding, joinery, plumbing and flooring.
