The shortlisted companies are: Barratt Developments; Countryside Properties; Lendlease Development; Linkcity (Bouygues); Stanhope, and Taylor Wimpey.
A final decision on the partner for The 11 hectare High Road West’ scheme running next to the new Spurs stadium project will be announced by mid 2017.
The masterplan includes a new public space linking a revamped £14m White Hart Lane station to the new football stadium, with a park, restaurant, library and learning centre.

The shortlisted firms were Lendlease; Morgan Sindall with Affinity Sutton and Circle Housing; and Pinnacle with Starwood Capital and Catalyst.
