The £35m project at its Woodcote Grove campus has been designed by architect Northmill Associates and the project is being managed by Burnley Wilson Fish.

Existing facilities on the site will remain in operation throughout construction until completion in 2018.

The 100,000 sq ft development is being delivered to Cat A standards and will incorporate three floors of office space.

The building will encourage greater interaction between design, engineering and project management teams

The design is intended to meet the highest sustainability targets, including BREEAM Excellent and an A rated Energy Performance Certificate, and has been designed to BIM Level 2.

The works also incorporate an initial £3.2m enabling works package to deliver a new 395 place car park in 2016.

The project is set to complete in October 2018.
