The deal creates a group with a combined turnover of £65m which employs 160 people.
FGF was founded in 1954 and currently has four operating centres in the UK.
The founder’s grandson Matt Taylor, who has worked for FGF since 1997, has been appointed Managing Director to run the business on a day-to-day basis.
Go Interiors was founded in 2001 by John O’Leary and Gerard Abbott-Drake.
It has quickly grown to become the largest independent specialist distributor in the construction interiors Sector.
