The Enquirer can reveal the full list in a big week for offsite deals which also saw Fusion21 pick nine firms for its latest modular framework.

The LHC winners are:

• Western Building Systems Ltd
• Wernick Buildings Ltd
• Extraspace Solutions (UK) Ltd
• Module-AR Limited
• The McAvoy Group Limited

The Modular Buildings (MB1) framework will provide modular buildings for use in the public sector including education, healthcare, offices and community buildings.

The McAvoy Group has won a place on 15 of 22 lots of the framework.
