Subcontractors are understood to be owed more than £2m by the company which is part of the Titan Group whose chairman is ISG founder and former chief executive David King.
Earlier this month Titan SWR (South West Region) went into administration after the discovery of a financial black hole.
Titan SWR was a renamed business bought from defunct housebuilder Brookvale Homes in 2015.
The demise of Titan SWR has had a knock-on effect at the construction division but the group’s facilities management business is unaffected.
The Enquirer understands that bosses at Titan Construction Management are now considering the best way forward for the business.
Meanwhile creditors will be out in force at a winding-up hearing next month at Leeds Combined Court Centre.
One said: “We’ve done all we can to help. When it became apparent they were in trouble we agreed payment plans to help their cash flow but they weren’t honoured.
“We’ve been kept in the dark about a lot of things and enough is enough hence the winding-up petition.”
Titan declined to comment.
