Moore will lead a team of over 2,000 people with an annual turnover of £200m in her new role.
Her career started in Scotland in 1988 as a trainee quantity surveyor before moving to London in 1994 providing cost management services to the Jubilee Line extension and Paddington Station refurbishment.
Moore joined Turner & Townsend in 1999 and in 2015 was appointed as Managing Director of the UK infrastructure business.
