The new houses, which form part of Cherwell District Council’s 5-year housing land supply, will provide public open space, associated parking, landscaping, new vehicle access and servicing.
Michael Lambe, Director, M. Lambe Construction, said: “We are delighted to have been chosen by Bellway Homes for another housing development in the Oxfordshire region.
“The Government has set ambitious targets to build 300,000 homes every year and we feel sustainable schemes, like this one, play an important role in achieving this desired growth.”
