Pollard, who has extensive experience as an advisor to boards of both public and private companies, also joins the audit committee at the firm.

He also has considerable international experience, principally in the Middle East and Asia Pacific.

Pollard is currently Group CEO at waste to energy company Cory Riverside Energy. Pollard spent two years at Balfour and has also been CEO of Lend Lease and an executive vice president at Skanska. Before that he was at Network Rail.
