The firm is the latest in a growing list of contractors to have been successful in appeals against fines imposed in the wake of an OFT bid-rigging probe which saw penalties of £130m imposed against 103 contractors in 2009.
Five other contractors also won reductions today, bringing to 13 the number of contractors to have had penalties cut on appeal.
