Demolition is now complete on the city centre site which is the largest pre-let this year outside London at 105,000 sq ft.

The office block will provide two levels of below ground parking and nine levels of above ground office space.  Facilities include a meeting and conference area, roof terrace and fully equipped canteen.

Developer on the project is Miller Birch.

B&K Regional Director, Steve Chambers, said: “We are delighted to have been appointed as the main contractor of the office building for E.ON.

“We recognise the importance of this development for both E.ON, with the centre being used as its new headquarters and the rest of Nottinghamshire.

“Our contract with E.ON marks the latest to a number of projects we have completed in Nottingham in recent years, as well as a new addition to BREEAM ratings the B&K group has received.”
