The firm was bidding against rivals Bovis Lend Lease, Galliford Try, Laing O’Rourke and Skanska for the prestigious scheme in London’s St James’s Square.
Work will involve demolition and redevelopment of 6 St James’s Square to provide 115,000 sq ft of new offices, an art gallery and 14 residential units within a seven storey building in one of London’s most exclusive neighbourhoods.
The 36-month contract is expected to start once the existing building has been demolished.
