The four-year framework covers major building work on an anticipated spending programme of up to £500m across three lots based on job size.
Morgan Sindall has confirmed its place joining Farrrans, Lakehouse and May Gurney on the lot covering major works worth more than £2.5m.
The Smarte East Alliance is an alliance between three East of England local authorities, Essex, Hertfordshire and Suffolk County Councils.
It was formed with the aim of achieving efficiency, reliability and continuous improvement in the procurement and delivery of public sector capital works projects.
The other lot of work covering packages worth between £500,000 and £2.5m includes Ashe Construction, Barnes Construction and Borras Construction, alongside Lakehouse, May Gurney and Morgan Sindall in the line up.
Borras, Beardwell Construction, CM Cadman Group, Hutton Construction, T&B (Contractors) and TJ Evers have all won places on the smallest work package framework covering jobs of £100,000 to £500,000.
Paul Smith, chief executive of Morgan Sindall, said: “The appointment demonstrates our ability to deliver a wide range of high quality construction projects and our strong footprint across the East of England.
“We look forward to working alongside the three councils throughout the duration of the four-year framework.”
