The £28m build-to-rent scheme will create 156 new homes on behalf of the UK’s largest listed residential landlord Grainger and Birmingham-based developers Blackswan Property.
The Birmingham based specialist contractor will be installing internal partitions, ceilings and floor screeds across the development, which will include the complex renovation of the Grade II* listed former jewellery factory at 16-18 Great Hampton Street and the erection of two new timber frame structures.
CPS Director Jack Hughes said “We are delighted to be working with Shaylor Group on such a prestigious development in our home city and further our involvement in the regeneration of Birmingham’s historic Jewellery Quarter with our third project here since the start of the year”
