The firm, which traded as AOC London, had been in business for 42 years before calling it a day leading to around 20 job losses.
Managing director Mark Huttlestone placed the fit-out and refurbishment contractor into voluntary liquidation on 10 August, just two years after relocating the business from Rainham in Essex to the city of London to expand its office fit-out business.
According to his statement for Norwich-based liquidators, Leading Business Services, the firm owed around £750,000 to unsecured trade contractors, with a further £400,000 owed in retained retentions.
Assets are expected to raise just over £300,000.
Revenue is understood to have topped £8m recently. Among its more high profile contracts were a Cat A fit-out to Levels 27 and 32 within London’s iconic Gherkin early last year.
