Jayne McGivern quits Northacre after three months in charge

Former Multiplex UK chief executive Jayne McGivern has resigned as head of Northacre after just three months at the helm of the developer.

A Stock Exchange announcement by Northacre said McGivern had “resigned by mutual agreement as Chief Executive Officer and as a Director.”

The firm added: “Jayne McGivern will continue in association with Northacre on some specific new prime residential projects.”

Klas Nilsson will become Chief Executive and Chairman.
