The IESE framework is open to all public sector and not-for-profit organisations in Hampshire, Surrey, the Isle of Wight and adjoining areas of Dorset, Wiltshire, Berkshire and West Sussex.
Over the course of the next four years up to £1bn will be spent among the eight contractors. The Enquirer understands the line up to be:
- Balfour Beatty/Mansell
- Bam Construct
- Leadbitter
- Mace Plus
- Miller Construction
- Morgan Sindall
- Osborne
- Willmott Dixon
IESE Framework
The IESE major projects framework has a reputation for living up to expectations.
In the last four-year deal Willmott Dixon picked up more than £200m worth of work while Morgan Sindall secured 45 projects worth over £225m.
This time round the estimated spend will be lower and procurement chiefs have chopped the list from 10 to eight firms.
Bam, Mace Plus, Balfour Beatty and Willmott Dixon make it back onto the new list. But previous incumbents Costain, Kier, Morgan Sindall, Volker Fitzpatrick and Wates have either not bid or not made the cut this time round.
The work packages will be split into three main lots.
