The line-up of industry heavyweights is believed to be: Balfour Beatty, Bouygues, Carillion, Costain, Mace, Morgan Sindall, Laing O’Rourke, Vinci, Volker Fitzpatrick and Willmott Dixon.

Typical works will include new aircraft piers, modernised baggage systems and new retail, security and immigration areas.
