The hub programme was established by the Scottish Futures Trust to deliver public sector construction and maintenance projects.
It is divided into five geographical areas. Both the South East and North hub Territories have a hubco in place and three bidders have been shortlisted for both East Central and West Territories.
Shortlisted bidders for the West Territory Hub include Morgan Sindall, Robertson and Laing O’Rourke.
They are chasing around £200m worth of work, expected to be spent through the regional hub in the first decade.
The East Central Territory hub Programme Board has shortlisted: Alba, a consortium from Cyril Sweett and Miller; Amber Blue, consisting of Robertson Group; and Carillion-led Forth Holdings.
Alba Community Partnerships has already secured the Hub North Territory.
Hub South East was the first territory to go live with a project pipeline of £300m over the next ten years.
SPACE consortium, which consists of Galliford Try, Davis Langdon Investments and Fulcrum Infrastructure Group are working on the first projects.
