OPL is a design and build contractor specialising in the management and delivery of commercial interior and exterior fit-out and refurbishment projects for a range of blue-chip UK customers.

OPL was founded by former marine Nail Laughton and Andrew Russell and the firm currently employs 35 staff at offices in London and Birmingham.

Balfour said: “The acquisition represents a strategic fit with Balfour Beatty’s existing capabilities, further extending the company’s skill base within the fit-out market.”
