The firm will carry out fit-out work a 10-floor office block at 151/155 St Vincent Street building on behalf of an unnamed investor.
Mark Wanless, business unit director for Morris & Spottiswood, said: “This is the type of project we specialise in and includes the full strip-out of the existing building and interior fit-out.
Work on the project is scheduled to be completed next June.
