Tower Hamlets council is looking for a development partner to build the scheme which will involve construction of a new community sports centre and affordable housing tower on the site of the Baths and adjacent Dame Colet/Haileybury Centre site.

The winning bidder will finance the whole scheme then lease the buildings back to the council.

Up to five developers or consortia will be shortlisted with expressions of interest due by November 9.
