The contract for plot E05 comprises 458 homes across three blocks, ranging in height from 10 to 21 storeys and is the final piece of the Eastern Quarter of the masterplan.
The build to rent homes will be managed by Tipi, Quintain’s lifestyle-led rental homes brand.
This latest project will see the largest number of family units delivered on a single plot at Wembley Park to date, with a total of 115 three- and four-bed homes.
Residents will enjoy over 83,000 sq ft of amenity space in the form of podium level private communal landscaped gardens, roof terraces and a resident’s lounge.
Sisk has been working with Quintain to transform Wembley Park for 14 years.
Among other projects, Sisk is delivering is Canada Gardens, which was the largest construction contract ever awarded at Wembley Park.
