The grouping of 10 social landlords hopes to spend £445m over the four-year life of the deal, which will cover work for member housing associations across the Tees Valley, Hartlepool and Segefield.
Procurement bosses have split the framework into five packages, spanning small works, and jobs worth more than £10m.
- Lot 1: Housing contracts worth up to £2.5m. Total value £150m
- Lot 2: Housing jobs up to £10m. Total value £200m
- Lot 3: Housing contracts worth over £10m. Total value £75m
- Lot 4: Other building work. Total value £15m
- Lot 5: Demolition £5m
