Center Parcs Woburn Forest will comprise 700 forest lodges and 400,000 sq ft of Centre buildings split over two centres including a 75 bed hotel and spa with 12 associated spa suites indoor sports, a Sub Tropical Swimming Paradise, themed restaurants and retail outlets.
Center Parcs will use sustainable, renewable and energy efficient technologies including a significant amount of self generated energy and heating technologies for the lodges.
Civils contractor Breheny has been on site for months carrying out enabling works.
The Bedforshire site will be Center Parcs’ fifth Forest Holiday Village.
