The projects include a factory extension and an office resource centre in Leeds and Immingham and work on a Performing Arts block at John Leggott College in Scunthorpe.
Construction work on the projects is varied, requiring design and build elements to both and will involve the company using local labour and suppliers from across the region.
The £2.5m job at John Leggott College in Scunthorpe is part of a rolling programme of improvements being made to the College’s West Common Lane campus to ensure it continues to provide a high quality learning experience for young people.
The two-storey rebuild will be ready for next September’s intake of students and will include a 150-seat auditorium as well as specialist recording studios.
Steve Radcliffe, managing director at Clugston Construction, said: “We are delighted to have been chosen to work on these developments, which are close to our offices in Leeds and Scunthorpe and will enable us to use our local supply chain.”
