Group Commercial Director Maurice Archer has been promoted to the role of Group Strategic Director.
The newly created role will see him provide a strategic overview of the company’s position in the marketplace, bringing greater focus to work winning in the company’s target sectors.
Archer’s former role will be filled by David Miller who is promoted from his current position as Regional Managing Director for London.
Group Estimating Director Tony Kavanagh also joins the main board after helping increase group turnover from £150m to £650m.
Major Projects Managing Director John Butten is also promoted to the main board alongside Group Pre-Construction Director Adam Nicholson.
In the capital Darren Gill will now take full responsibility for the leadership of the London business.
