Esh Build has raided rivals for experienced professionals.
Andrew Schofield and Clynt Hiscoe have both joined from GMI Construction where they both worked for over 20 years.
Schofield joins as operations manager and Hiscoe has been appointed as contracts manager.
Jonathan Buttle joins the team from STG Group, where he worked for 20 years as a senior estimator.
He joins Esh in the same role and said: “I was looking for a role that allowed me to work on a variety of projects that differ in both size and sector. This role does that.”
Other senior appointments included Damian Hood who joins from Wates as a senior planner.
Neil Widdowson takes up the role as managing quantity surveyor joining from Sir Robert McAlpine, while Gerrard Owens has been appointed as senior quantity surveyor after his last role at Graham.
Owen Blaney starts as technical manager following a decade at Kier.
Stuart Leslie, divisional director at Esh Build, said: “We are excited by the key appointments to important parts of our team in Yorkshire.
“They all bring great levels of experience which will complement the experience and skillsets already in our Yorkshire divisions.
We are continuing to build for the future and these high-level appointments will help to cement that growth.”
The moves follow a strategic shake-up at Esh Group last year to cut overheads and simplify its business.
The firm reduced its operating divisions from 17 to six and Yorkshire was identified as a key growth area.
