Willmott Dixon’s development division Regen has signed a deal with Cathedral Group and Development Securities for the 2.2 acre site.

Construction work will also be carried-out by Willmott Dixon on the Residential Quarter at The Movement, Greenwich.

The Section106 agreement has now been signed and work on site will start this summer on the 181-home residential element with completion due in summer 2014.

The overall scheme will include a student village, Travelodge hotel, additional 27 room boutique hotel, health, fitness and retail accommodation and a children’s nursery.
