James Halksworth and Neil Hennessey join the business as operational directors and bring 40 years experience of the industry between them

As regional directors, delivering Mace’s retail division, they previously looked after clients, such as the big supermarket chains, John Lewis, Primark, Land Securities, Allied London and Metro Bank.

Halksworth, who had risen to an operations director for commercial at Mace over 8 years, said:  “UC Build had established a great reputation, in the construction industry, for principled and intelligent delivery built on long-term trusted business partnerships.
