Among the chief winners are Balfour Beatty, Bam and Interserve, which have each won places on major building and civils lots.

Cornwall council has already identified several building and civils projects worth more than £30m that should be procured in the first year. These include the Council Eastern Office Development, Council NCH Refurbishment, Bude Stratton primary school and the PFI backlog maintenance Phase 2.
