The affordable housing projects will deliver around 300 homes and cost around £38m to build.
Tower hamlets will also look into bundling the four jobs into two design and build contracts covering Repton and Pedley street, and Malcom Road and Colts Lane if savings can be achieved.

58 homes at Pedley Street, London E1. £8.3m
96 homes at Mantus and Malcolm Road, London E1, £12.6m
61 homes at Three Colts Lane, London E14, £7.5m
The project will not go out to tender until August although the council is requesting expressions of interest by 10 April.
