To be built on Wellington Street in the central business district, the 17-storey building will offer Grade A office accommodation across a range of flexible workspaces.
The site is presently occupied by three mid-sized office buildings which will need to be demolished.
Construction of the £70m building is expected to last 30 months and McLaren hopes to start on-site by the end of the year.
McLaren’s professional team includes: project manager: Avison Young, MEP consultant Hoare Lea and structural engineer MeinHardt. Gardiner & Theobald is the cost consultant.
