Work available will include passenger lift installation, servicing, repairs and maintenance services for members and customers in the social housing and wider public sector in Northern England.

The framework run by EN:Procure will focus on social housing but may also be applied to other public buildings.

The framework has an estimated value of £25m over its four-year lifetime and offers a complete range of Lift services over its 2 lots.

The deadline for submitting tenders online is July 3 2020.
