The move has seen regional managing director Andy Duff leave the company.

Duff has been MD of Construction South since October 2015.

A Morgan Sindall spokesperson said: “We have made some changes to our management team in the South as part of a review of our business unit structure.

“As a result, Andy Duff, who led our operation in the area, has decided to leave the business.

“We are grateful to Andy for his hard work and the valuable contribution he has made to our success over the years.

“His leadership role and responsibilities will be shared by other senior members of our team.”
