Maguire leaves after nearly three years at Multiplex Construction Europe having joined from Laing O’Rourke where he was commercial director.
In the rejig, Callum Tuckett, chief operating officer, for EMEA and Canada, is promoted to the board.
He is also joined on the board by Zahida Hanif, previously head of finance, who is now finance director.
George Assimakopoulos and John Ballantyne have resigned as directors but remain with the business.
