EEM is moving away from a traditional framewok to establish a dynamic purchasing system of pre-checked and approved suppliers for demolition and dismantling works.

Projects will cover a full mix of work from low and high rise demolition to domestic and commercial properties, allowing for a variety of demolition methods based on the most suitable for the property or client.

The new set up replaces an existing traditional demolition framework that expires this August. Present partners include Cawarden Co, Coleman, O’Gara and CMEC Demolition.

Nearly 200 clients spanning housing associations, local council and NHS Trusts across the Midlands are now signed up with EEM.

Firms wanting to join the DPS must complete returns by 6 September. To obtain documentation register with the portal.
