The plan for a long ribbon site has been designed by architect HOK and will be brought forward in several phases to the south of Acton Town station.
A second site will also be developed within a few hundred metres at Ealing Common train depot, and together both are planned to deliver more than 1,700 new homes, over 2,000 m2 of offices, retail and significant public realm improvements.
The first scheme to be brought forward at Bollo Lane is a 2.8-hectare site located directly south of Acton Town London Underground Station.
A hybrid planning application has recently been submitted to the London Borough of Ealing.

This includes a full detailed application for a 195 home, 25 storey block at the western point of the site that includes commercial space and significant public realm improvements.

The outline part of the planning application is for up to 900 new homes, extra commercial and shops space
The second less advanced element of the wider area plan is to develop land at Ealing Common Depot.
This 2.6-hectare site is located to the north of Acton Town London Underground Station.
It is currently occupied by various tenants and is home to London Transport Museum storage facility. This will be redeveloped with around 800 new homes plus a new storage facility for LTM.
TfL is now seeking expressions of interest and market feedback on its plan from developers.
