The contract worth £37m will see Skanska will construct 9,300 sq m of office space over six floors, featuring a terrace at roof level.
Skanska is also responsible for the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering services and will provide the specialist piling ground engineering solutions.
The building is expected to achieve a BREEAM rating of ‘Excellent’ on completion in April 2020.
Construction work starts this month and is scheduled to complete April 2022.
