EN:Procure received more than 600 tenders for its new Consultancy Framework covering the North and East Midlands.
It will provide a full range of consultancy services for social housing consortium Efficiency North’s membership and customers.
Designed predominantly for social housing, it can also be applied to other public buildings or premises owned and/or managed by Public Sector organisations.
The framework has an estimated total value of £10.4m across its four-year lifetime with eight lots offering the following construction-related consultancy services:
- Employers Agent / Quantity Surveying
- Architectural Services
- Mechanical & Electrical Services
- Structural & Civil Engineering Services
- Building Surveying, Party Wall and Stock Conditioning Services
- Principal Designer Services
- Lifts Consultancy Services
- Multi-disciplinary Consultancy Services
