Matthew Cruttenden who heads the Southern division and Neil Brook who leads the North West team, will now make major contributions to running the Derbyshire-based contractor.
Cruttenden joined the company as a trainee quantity surveyor in 1990 and within 15 years was heading B&K’s special projects division.
Following a restructure in 2014, he was appointed regional director of the expanding southern region.
Brook came to B+K in 1989 as a senior engineer – initially working across the North West region.
In 2006 he too joined the special project division to lead on larger or more challenging schemes.
In 2013 Brook was asked to move back to the North West and develop the region, which had been scaled back a few years before.
Since his appointment as regional director of the North West it has grown into one of B&K’s most successful regions with complex city centre projects for clients such as Unite, English Cities Fund, MEPC, Capital and Centric and Salford University.
They will both work alongside Group Construction Directors Paul Lomas and David Scorer.
