The £100m-plus project is being construction managed by Mace, with Careys and Expanded group working on frame and roof.

Building services specialist Lonsdale secured the M&E work on the project, which will sit between the new Sadler’s Wells theatre and V&A on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
