- Electrical inspection, testing and remedial repairs
- Gas servicing and maintenance
- Brickwork, masonry works
- General building works and repairs (Two lots: less than £2m and over £1m)
- Roofing (Two lots: less than £2m and over £1m)
- Paint and pre-paint repair works
- Environmental and estate improvement works
- Voids clean and clear monitor and secure
- Voids Refurbishment Works
- External Works to High Rise
- External wall insulation
- Commercial Heating Installation Works (East Midlands & North West)
- Whole house internal & external Installation (Two lots: less than £2m and over £1m)
