WYG managing director for the Great Britain Region, Craig Hatch, said: “Adopting the Tetra Tech brand is a natural progression for our business.
“We have come to see just how complementary our values and approaches are with Tetra Tech.”
WYG was established 60 years ago when Ernest Green set up an engineering consultancy. White Young then formed in 1964 as a partnership between Ron Young and Terence White.
White Young Green then rebranded to WYG in 2008
Tetra Tech employs around 20,000 staff out of 400 locations worldwide and snapped up the 2000 employee strong WYG business in summer 2019 after it had run into financial difficulty.
