The new framework has been set up to deliver big procurement savings on all kinds of construction from homes and schools to leisure centres and offices.
The Surrey council expects the framework to account for a spending programme of around £187m over four years.
Across all value lots, south west London-based Glenn Corporation scored most successes, with Graham, Higgins, Kier, Midgard, Wates and Willmott Dixon also securing places on the key lot for projects worth more than £20m.
