The two-year deal will deliver refurbishment works to many of the social housing blocks at the estate.

The Grahame Park estate forms an important regeneration zone for Barnet Homes with extensive plans to improve the area.

The procurement was led by Barnet Homes working closely with consultants selecting Quinn London via a competitive tender procedure.

Property Services Director, Gerry O’Connor said: “We are delighted to have been awarded this contract on the Grahame Park Estate and we look forward to working in partnership with Barnet Homes and their residents on this important regeneration programme.”
