The firm has ceased trading and notified firms that it will be placed into liquidation on Thursday.
According to the last set of accounts Priddy employed around 50 staff.
The firm, which was established 12 years ago, began to run into trouble last year when one of its clients, for which it was delivering five projects, collapsed into administration.
The business also suffered because of several delays to projects.
Last April, Priddy worked with Kier to deliver the Bristol Nightingale Hospital, converting a University of the West of England conference centre.
The Bath office of Begbies Traynor is handling the liquidation.
