Dalby re-joins G F Tomlinson after a year at nmcn, having previously enjoyed 11 years of employment with the firm in sveral roles including project manager, contracts manager and construction manager.

In the newly-created operations manager role for the West Midlands, Dalby will build on the firm’s successful appointment to the Constructing West Midlands Framework, which will complement other work streams already secured by the company in the region.

With high-profile developments coming to the region over the next few years such as the HS2 line, the area is set to continue increasing its construction activity, with further investment and employment expected to enhance the importance of the West Midlands on a national level.

Dalby said: “The West Midlands is the second biggest metropolitan area in Britain and presents a great deal of opportunity for investment and growth.
